Course Description
Chess is one of the oldest board games in the world played between two players that simulates a war between two kingdoms. It is one of the most popular games in the world, millions of people play it both recreationally and competitively.
We equip students with essential skills and knowledge to improve their chess gameplay, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the curriculum curated by experienced Chess coaches.
Our comprehensive curriculum is designed and endorsed by International Master Aayush Bhattacherjee to help students of all levels improve their chess skills, from basic tactics to advanced strategies.
History:
The origin of chess is to be found in a game first played in Northern India during the 5th Century called Chaturanga. The board was setup for four players, and each moved in turn depending on the throw of a dice and as the years went by the dice were discarded. The game was then arranged for two players and the result was now a test of skill only.

As a passionate chess enthusiast since 1997, I’ve had the privilege of evolving from a driven young player to a seasoned champion. Throughout my journey, I’ve secured multiple titles in age categories and junior levels, with a peak FIDE rating of 1950.
Representing Assam and India in numerous national and international tournaments has not only honed my skills but also provided invaluable insights into the game. A significant milestone in my career was achieving the esteemed FIDE Instructor title in 2019.
With over a decade of experience in teaching chess, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players, since 2009. My teaching philosophy revolves around cultivating strategic thinking, patience, and discipline, making chess an enjoyable and educational experience for my students.
