5. How do I join online classes?

- Log in to your Passion Minds Academy student portal

- Click the "Join Class" or "Enter Virtual Classroom" button.
You'll then be redirected to the online classroom, where you can engage with our instructors and fellow students.
6. What constitutes long leave at Passion Minds Academy?
Any leave of absence exceeding three weeks is considered long leave.
7. What happens if I take a long leave?
If you take a leave of more than three weeks, your enrollment will be cancelled. To rejoin, you'll need to re-enroll, subject to availability. Please note that:
- Your original class time or slot may not be available
- You may be assigned to a different class schedule
- Re-enrollment is subject to available spots in the desired program
8. Can I join my child's online lessons?
Yes, parents are welcome to join their child's online lessons for observation purposes, but please ensure it doesn't distract your child from their learning experience.
9. What is the policy on parental supervision during online lessons?
We prioritize both the child's learning experience and their online safety. Parents are welcome to join online lessons, and we may require their presence in certain situations to ensure the child's well-being.
1. What is the payment policy?
- First month: Fees + Deposit (equivalent to two months' fees) due upon enrolment
- For enrolments that occur after the first week of the month, the first month's fees will be prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the month.
- Remaining months: Fees will be direct debited from your account on the first day of the month

2. What is the Refund policy?
- Deposit Refund: The deposit (equivalent to two months' fees) will be refunded in full when a two-month written notice period is given prior to withdrawing from.
- Late Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from lessons without providing the required two-month notice period, the deposit will be forfeited

3. Can I cancel my enrollment?
To withdraw from the enrollment, please:

No refund will be provided for tuition fees during a long leave. However, we will pause further payments until you resume classes.
