Fees structure for curriculum based online coaching is as follows,
Program Details:
- 10 classes scheduled per school term
- Program cost multiplied by 10 and divided into 3 equal monthly payments
Deposit:
A deposit of two months’ fees is payable upon enrolment. This deposit will be refunded in full when a two-month notice period is given prior to withdrawing from lessons.
Payment Terms:
- First month: Fees + Deposit (equivalent to two months' fees) due upon enrolment
- For enrolments that occur after the first week of the month, the first month's fees will be prorated based on the number of classes remaining in the month.
- Remaining months: Fees will be direct debited from your account on the first day of the month
Payment Reminders and Late Fees:
- Reminders and notifications will be issued prior to payment due dates
- Late fees will apply if direct debit fails on the second attempt
Payment Terms for School Holiday Programs:
Full payment is required upon enrollment to secure your child’s spot in our school holiday programs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Passion Minds Academy, we strive to provide high-quality courses and services. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and refunds may be necessary.
Refund Conditions:
- Deposit Refund: The deposit (equivalent to two months' fees) will be refunded in full when a two-month written notice period is given prior to withdrawing from lessons
- Late Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from lessons without providing the required two-month notice period, the deposit will be forfeited
Payment Method for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card or Debit card or PayPal)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of withdrawal
Cancellation Procedure:
To withdraw from the enrollment, please:
- Email info@passionmindsacademy.com with your cancellation request
- Include your name, course name, and original payment receipt
Update:
This refund policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be effective immediately & you will be notified.
Exceptions:
Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy.
Make-Up Class Policy
Passion Minds Academy understands that unforeseen circumstances may cause students to miss classes. This policy outlines the guidelines for make-up classes.
Eligibility:
All students enrolled in our curriculum based online classes are eligible for make-up classes.
Make-Up Class Allowance:
- A maximum of 1 make-up class will be allowed per term
- Make-up classes must be taken before commencement of the next term
Requesting Make-Up Classes:
Submit a request via email to info@passionmindsacademy.com with:
- Reason for missing class
- Date of missed class
- Parents/Guardians must notify the academy at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time
Make-Up Class Scheduling:
- 1. Make-up classes will be scheduled based on availability
- 2. Students will be notified of make-up class dates and times via email
Conditions:
- 1. Make-up classes are subject to availability
- 2. No additional make-up classes will be offered beyond the allowed one (1) per term
- 3. Missed make-up classes cannot be rescheduled
Term Definition:
For the purpose of this agreement, a term refers to:
- Term 1: February-April (10 Weeks)
- Term 2: April-June (10 Weeks)
- Term 3: July-September (10 Weeks)
- Term 4: October-December (10 Weeks)
Audio and Visual Recording Policy
At Passion Minds Academy, we prioritize the safety and privacy of our students and staff. To maintain a secure and respectful environment, we have established the following recording policy:
Prohibition on External Recordings
Recording of our classes, programs, or activities in any form by anyone other than Passion Minds Academy is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- No audio or visual recordings of any Passion Minds Academy sessions on external devices, including mobile phones or other devices
- This policy applies to all our classes, programs, and activities
Internal Recordings for Legitimate Purposes
Passion Minds Academy reserves the right to record classes or activities for:
- Monitoring and safety purposes.
- Promotional and/or advertising purposes.
Use of Photographs and Recordings for Promotional Purposes
By enrolling your child in our programs, you authorize Passion Minds Academy to use photographs, videos, and digital recordings of your child taken during classes for:
- Publicity.
- Marketing.
- Promotional.
- Advertising purposes, both online and offline.
Opting Out
If you do not wish to grant this authorization or wish to revoke it, please notify Passion Minds Academy in writing. We will respect your decision and ensure that your child’s image or recordings are not used for promotional purposes.
